Basics of brewing

The brewing method makes a big difference! A V60 or a Chemex is a great choice for light roasted beans, For medium roasts, try French press or Mocha pot.
Ideally grind your coffee right before brewing and remember: the faster the method, the finer the grind.
The perfect water temperature for brewing coffee is between 195°F to 212°F.
