This Caturra beans are produced at Finca Santa Elena, led by the passionate duo Samuel and Paula Concha in Antioquia, Colombia. This coffee was made in honor of Paula, a matriarch whose dedication to quality and equal opportunity inspires her entire community. At Santa Elena, innovation meets sustainability. Samuel and Paula have developed a farming approach centered on empowerment, equal opportunity, and ecological care. Basics of brewing

The brewing method makes a big difference! A V60 or a Chemex is a great choice for light roasted beans, For medium roasts, try French press or Mocha pot.
Ideally grind your coffee right before brewing and remember: the faster the method, the finer the grind.
The perfect water temperature for brewing coffee is between 195°F to 212°F.
